TERMS OF SERVICE.
The legal frameworks governing our product delivery, engineering sprints, custom code licenses, and strategic partnerships.
1. Engagement Terms
By accessing this portal or scheduling an introductory consultation with Two7Square, you consent to compile with these terms. We conduct custom storefront development, API pipeline orchestration, and growth optimization loops under dedicated statements of work agreed upon by both entities.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise in specific service contracts, all custom frontend components, React layouts, database schema designs, and advertising campaign templates created by Two7Square during a sprint become the client's sole intellectual property upon final invoice settlement.
3. Payment Schedules
Project retainers and milestones are billed net-15 unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to suspend development server access, API pipeline connections, and campaign updates if milestones invoices remain unsettled past due dates.
4. Liabilities Limit
Two7Square shall not be held liable for third-party service downtime (such as Shopify outages, database cluster failures, or payment gateway errors), nor algorithm changes on ad channels that may impact campaign conversion volumes.
